Smashing drinks you should give a shot to beat the heat this summer

As summer knocks, the degrees begin to rise high leaving you to feel fatigued, sweaty, and lethargic. Your body starts losing water at a faster pace due to extreme sweating, so keeping yourself hydrated all the time becomes one of the most important factors to keep you going in this stifling weather and for maintaining good health.

The season is best enjoyed when you are guarded against the ill effects of it. To keep your body cool and hydrated from the inside, your diet should be full of hydrating, cooling ingredients, and food items with high water content like cucumbers, tomatoes, citrus fruits, melons, etc.
While welcoming summer, to keep our body refreshed and healthy here is a list of some amazing beverages to provide relief to the scorching throat this season –

⦁ Watermelon Slush:

Umm...Watermelon, the mouth-watering summer fruit that helps to keep the body cool and hydrated as it has high water content, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.

Recipe: If you have kept the watermelon refrigerated, keep it outside for about 20 minutes.  Cut the watermelon in small chunks.
Put the chunks of watermelon, few mint leaves, a teaspoon full of lemon juice in a mixer and blend them. Keep the mixture a bit thick, so you can enjoy few chunks of watermelon along with the slush.

⦁ Virgin Sangria:

Basically, it is an alcoholic drink but can be made without alcohol content and can still taste wow…!  It is the best blend of all the fruits, if you don’t like to eat fruits that way, try this way.
