Big Boss to Loksabha elections 2019 - Swami Om is back

Swami Om, the contentious self-proclaimed godman, on Sunday reported that he would fight the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections from the New Delhi constituency. In a statement, the erstwhile Bigg Boss contestant said he will battle against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s "anti-Hindu" stand.
The report alleged that various Hindu associations finalized Swami Om’s name after holding a talk on Saturday.
Especially, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had on March 20 drawn the exasperation when he tweeted a picture of a man expel the Nazi symbol with a broom, which is the AAP election symbol.
The BJP had purported that the picture displayed a man chasing a "Hindu swastika" and hurt the religious beliefs of Hindus.
However, the AAP on Sunday delineates that the picture was, in original, an "attack" on German autocrat Adolf Hitler and not destined to hurt Hindu sentiments.
"The BJP should, first of all, comprehend the difference between Hindu and Nazi symbols," the AAP said in a statement. It added that it seems "very foolish" for the BJP to claim the Nazi symbol as its possession.
"The BJP should confess regret to Hindus for detailing them with Germany's Hitler and for simply afflicting (to take) a cheap attempt at the Delhi CM," the AAP statement said.
On Saturday, Kejriwal had stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is using the strategy which was endorsed by Hitler to consolidate power.
